Dear friends, My name is Laura Pitarque, specialist in releasing blocked emotions. Today, I would like to share with you some ideas to help you going through these challenging times in a much better and positive way. As social beings that we are, we should be aware of the importance of interaction. I encourage you to look for emotional connection with our loved ones. Nowadays with the quarantine, isolation and uncertainty, is normal that we tend to keep our emotions to ourselves, and we don’t feel comfortable to share what we are facing, feeling or needing. Don’t be afraid to open yourself. Recognizing our vulnerability is not a weakness, is a strength. This is good moment to stop and reconsider the importance of the deep connection with ourselves. This is a great opportunity to focus in our health and balance, instead of following the old way of living our lives, when we emphasized in gaining status, a position in certain groups or to feel recognized by others. Our physical wellbeing is as important as our emotional balance. Despite of the circumstances try to stay active and not to lay down all day in the sofa. When you are physically active, your process of thinking is clearer than before. Also, sleep plays a critical role in your physical health. Sleep is involved in healing and repair of your body, enhancing your immune system. This is a unique opportunity to learn new things, taking advantage of the limitless online resources available nowadays. By being openminded and willing to learn something new, will help us getting better to adapt to the future. Without the distractions of our daily routine, now it´s easier to calm our mind and restore emotional stability. Look forward stopping obsessive thoughts and seeking silence. You can start little by little with only 5 minutes a day, and you will realise that silence offers profound benefits in a physical and psychological way, allowing those valuable intuitions to emerge. We can stay informed about the current situation but try not to get obsessed with it. Follow the recommendations from the epidemiologists. Take care of yourself, especially of your inner world. You can lead your own life or let the fear lead it. You have the power to choose.
